J&L Construction and Remodeling, LLC does not collect a phone number from our customers to communicate about construction and remodeling projects they wish to be completed. We collect an email address only if the customer wishes to provide one.
A phone number is requested from our client by telephone communication from the owner of J&L Construction & Remodeling, LLC. A form also exists on our website that individuals may complete if they wish to submit their phone number and email address as well as the physical address of the project they are inquiring about.
A phone number from customers is necessary so that we can communicate effectively about the project that our customer wishes for us to complete as well as communicate with them throughout the project. An address is collected for purposes of mailing communication. An email address is requested for virtual contract signature purposes. A client may request a paper format of a contract if they do not wish to provide their email address.
J&L Construction & Remodeling, LLC takes privacy seriously and we do not share any client information with anyone outside of supply companies for delivery of supplies purposes if a contract is entered into with a client and a project is launched.
J&L Construction & Remodeling, LLC never shares customer information with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.
If a customer wishes to no longer receive text communication from J&L Construction & Remodeling, LLC, they may reply to a text, at any time, “UNSUBSCRIBE” and this will unsubscribe the customer from text messages. Customers may also reply to email messages with “UNSUBSCRIBE” to no longer receive email messages.
